add an extra protein bar plus half of another keto bar as I have to be fasting tomorrow morning for 7 AM. MRI is going to be very painful on my back. I have severe arthritis throughout my entire spine. I’m really not looking forward to this. They offered to knock me out, but I didn’t want to delay the imagingany further as it would take several additional weeks to get it scheduled with anesthesia. Hoping I can man up and get through it getting a lift for 6:30 AM to drop me off by 7 AM. Going to bed now. Hope I can sleep.
