Good morning and merry Christmas! Here’s to losing those last pesky pounds! I’m really hunkering down starting today. My weight was up another pound, but I’m not going to record it as I think I’ve been kind of constipated.

wow I was just the same way poo 💩 backed up and finally yesterday or day before my weight went back down. now to make it thru Today and back on track hopefully no gain in the morning...
