I’ve been going to bed way too late! Having to take breathing treatments with a nebulizer, two different medication twice a day is really cutting into my time to get ready for bed. I find myself staying up later and then snacking in the evening very bad must get back to good habits! Starting today, no matter what.

I use a nebulizer and 2 different inhalers 2x a day plus oxygen at night. I stop eating anything after dinner (6) bed by 9 up at 4 breakfast between 8-9:30 idk if that might help.

Angel how come you’re using a nebulizer and taking oxygen? Sorry to hear that.
