just blew my diet out of the water today by having two servings of continental specialty cookies that’s like 300 cal! Doing some emotional eating I guess just got a diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis interstitial lung disease pretty upset about it in addition to two kinds of cancers I’m finding all this health stuff to be pretty overwhelmingoh well tomorrow will be a new day! I’ll track everything I ate even though some of it was not good lol
