I love grits, but never mixed with cottage cheese. I've used cheddar, of course.

Thanks Erin and Morticia! I never had either Erin til I moved to the south, but I have grown to love them. I never have before, Sherry, it wasnt bad, but I'd prefer cheddar!

Mix with ricotta, so smooth!

Ooo, great idea katastrophe! There is a BBQ place I go to occasionally and they serve THE best cheesy jalapeno grits, oh man! I keep trying to make them like they do at home but havent got it yet. I will definitely try the ricotta! Thank you!
