I think it's going to be a bit of a bother and a little difficult to record in my food diary today as it's Heritage Day.
I will be celebrating with a braai(BBQ) which will have side dishes like potato salad(with boiled eggs & mayo) and eating chips, pastries, etc.
Perhaps I'll try to loosely record what I consume so that I have a ballpark figure of my calories consumed for today.
After all my good weight loss results I think I deserve to let loose a little bit and enjoy myself :)
I'm so happy that I have found a way to lose weight that suits my lifestyle and can remain as a sustainable lifestyle change so that I will continue to lose weight without giving up anything entirely. Now all that's left to do is give myself time and watch the fat/weight get reduced :)
