A friend of mine told me to try, lazy keto, and quit tracking. I agreed to do it for a week. Apparently. It’s not working or my methodology is wrong.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
