Body Recomposition at 8 weeks heavy weight training. Clearly gaining muscle/strength and have only gained a couple of pounds so it’s definitely working but most certainly takes more patience than weight-loss only (it’s hard not seeing the scale go down)!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
