It’s day before show day!!
I was hoping to hit 47.5kg heading into today, but considering where I am in my menstrual cycle, this is great and I’ve done all I can. Feeling good. Confident in my posing and ready to rock the stage.
Enjoying an early morning coffee today beforeI can only have a few sips tomorrow.
48.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
