Yesterday's plan for having a low carb non-fast day almost got destroyed! The temptation at supper of mutton curry, freshly made roti or rice and that gravy soaking potatoes was calling my name! LOL! I shredded some steamed chicken, added some mutton curry to it without the potato and stuck to my plan although my carbs were just under 50g instead of keeping to under 30g. Tomorrow's weigh-in is going to be an interesting one since I only started back on my weight loss plan on Monday.
