I know! I thought the same after I posted the photo! I thought, Erin will get a kick out of this, lol. But I had found a recipe for tortellini soup and had to try it. It was great!

Tortellini is a little calorie/carb heavy but a few in soup isnt too bad. Try it, its good in any kind of soup
