I deleted all games off my phone. I found that the games impair my day as far as motivation to get things done, exercise, feeling good about myself. I feel like this is a win.

Games can negatively impact your sleep. Lack of sleep is the enemy of weight loss. The body often misinterprets tired with hungry. When you are tired, your will power is usually impared too. Good job!!!

Definitely a win. I am captive of 4 mobile games, sometimes 5. Sim, solitaire/decor, match 3/makeover, nonogram, logic.
