Thanks, Erin. Left most of it. Ate the rice, and the pork for protein.

Just didn't really have much of an appetite. Ive noticed I am way more hungry in the afternoons than supepr time lately.

So maybe have your big meal in the afternoon verses the evening.

I might give that a try, Erin. Days when having late breakfasts it's almost like I can skip lunch and just have an early supper with a snack in between. How often are you planning to intermittent fast? I'm thinking 2-3x per week maybe? Wondering what the recommendation is.

I'm starting with twice a week next week I'll work in a third. Eventually I want to do 7 days a week

Sounds like a plan. I can do 3x/week. 7 Im not so sure, might be hard to schedule for me but thinking every other day could be doable for me
