Gained a little this week. But I got a good report at the diabetes doctor. My A1c is now 6.0 thanks to Mounjaro and a 30 pound weight loss this past year. :)

91.6 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg. Still to go: 12.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Good job!!!!! I lost 40 pounds and went from 6.8 to 5.4. Diet and exercise does help!
