Well, rats. My post-Sunday weigh-in is up from the weekend, but...that was to be expected. My Monday weigh-ins always (or usually) go up a tad since I usually save up some calories to use on Friday or Saturday and then Sunday is my freebie day. And I take full advantage on my freebie day. :)

Oh well. I'm in this for the long haul, so slow and steady and here it is Monday and I'm back on track for the week.

I'm still down more than 2 lbs from where I was this time last week!
74.8 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.4 kg a Week
