I have been eating terrible lately. So bad my reflux cough has come back. 😅😬😞 I need some accountability, ha. exercise has been going great though 🙄😜

Do you know if the Sleep and Exercise Cals go against your Daily RDI ? I'm at 1800 so do I deduct from that for Sleep & Exercise ?

yes, exercise will burn a certain amount of calories. There are charts for e ergy expenditure for different activities.
