A friend turned me on to the joys of steeping my tea bag in milk. In my case, unsweetened soymilk with some chai spices mixed in. Paired with fresh ground almond butter and cacao nibs on my husband's homemade, mostly whole grain (+ some seeds) sourdough

Oh, he does indeed make good bread! We've been making nearly all of our own bread for years, but it's only recently he perfected the sourdough. There's some white flour in it, but the bulk is rye and whole wheat
