After 30+ years of taking my coffee with Hazelnut Coffee Creamer I have given it up and now take my coffee black, no sweetener at all. That shaves prolly 100+ calories off per day and Im doing really well without it.

Cool rainy day, I think I'm going to make a pot of chili today. Lots of beans and veggies.

Never know, one day you might just find you dont need it anymore. I gave it up when I wasnt feeling well, but I dont dare use it again even once I'll be hooked for life again, LOL. God knows I loved my hazelnut creamer!

If you can do it, I will try it too. I got hooked on Tim Hortons medium iced coffee this summer twice a week. If I can change that to a small coffee with one milk it would be a lot fewer calories. We can do it.

Good for you, Glamper! It is a sacrifice in flavor but that little bit of calories adds up quick. So for me it was worth the sacrifice. You can do this.
