Soooo....I don't want to become excessive, but, no smile when I got on the scales this morning. Maybe I should have skipped the ice cream and gone for the jello after a sausage on a bun for dinner. Oh, well I know it's only a temporary setback 😃 The good news is it's day 6 of walking....toning to follow 🏃 Steak and salad for dinner tonight!
