Hi everyone, Well, a week into this new journey & I am cautiously optimistic. I’m really enjoying this app. & find this wonderful community so inspiring! I’ve never liked counting calories before, but this is different. I went to Aquafit yesterday & feel pleased that I stepped out of my comfort zone. 😄💦
