30 minute trx whole body video done this am. Can still feel it as I haven't allowed my body to completely recover from workouts earlier in the week. Nice feeling though.
A few minor chores, hanging out with the boys, then off to the races shortly. Staying in the cool ac most of the time because we will be out in the heat and humidity the rest of the day.
The cooler is chock full of water and will have some fruit and as much ice as we can pack into it. Some salty bean crisps are also going along. Asthma meds are a necessity today with the ozone alerts, pollen, mold, humidity, and pollution alerts.
A nice Saturday and the boys are staying to help me with some projects tomorrow that take more than one person. YAY!!! Nice beginning to my week off.
