Oh nice! Thanks, i use these Clovis Valley brand packs. Has fruit and veg in it(spinach and kale) I believe.

What is the nutrition value of this shake. When I have had a "heavy" meal day, then the next day I will drink a Pure Protein (140) or Premier Protein (160) shake for breakfast and sometimes lunch.

Entire blender: 796gr (varies, I remeasure ingredienti and blender each time) Carbs 75 Fats 25 Protein 78 Calorie: 801 I usually I divide this by 3 between me and the 2 kids.
