I seem to be under the RDI from where I started. I am 40lbs lighter than when I started should I be eating less? Do I need to continue to eat the amount of calories for RDI to keep losing with Atkins? I have done retty well with the percentages but less calories.

I am worried I need to change up the diet to continue losing
