God I eat so much last night well it seemed like it but it was all good for me stuff. My wieght is back down to 250 so I didn't to bad to myself by going off over the weekend. Two more and i'm there but i'm back on track and running. My man had to go the hospital last night and scard the poop out of me. He's alright now and home it was an reaction to a new med. that he wont be takeing any more.
