Only got 1 gym session done in this last week before tomorrow's official weigh-in. Calorie intake looks to be about 700 Calories more than last week's total but let's hope the scale shows a drop. I can now consider that the 4:3 Fast Diet has become my lifestyle and I don't see myself ever stopping it so next step from tomorrow will be to tweak my non-fast days and limit them to 1800 calories per day.

Thanks Ibiza122. Extremely proud of myself since I have never counted calories in my life until about 12 weeks ago. Better late than never . . . or in this case, Better late than fatter! lol!

Good going! I read a bit on the 'beach' version of the 5:2 diet and it seems similar to what you are doing. 4:3 and having a limit on one's fast days. I'm keen to give it a try, but will probably only do it in Oct/Nov when it's hotter and around 6 weeks before my end of year beach holiday. :) You are such an inspiration!
