81794 steps 07-13-2015 thru 07-19-2015. Average 11684 steps/ day. Basically 10,000 day and an extra 13,000 Saturday when I did laundry walking and mowed church . 18651 calories burned for the week/7=2664 calories burned per day average, or 2434 per day burned per fatsmart exercise. Food inputs were 11544 for the week, average 1649 per day, 1800 is supposed to be maintenance. Average consumed was 1014 less than supposedly burned. And I gained 3 pounds, which I think is water weight. That seems to be what I gain or lose when I cycle between low carb and normal carb levels. If I did not seem to feel more in shape, and it not hurt to exercise lightly again, I'd swear this is all pointless. And it probably is. I have to keep telling myself things like, oh, your resting pulse is better/you don't get out of breath as easily.
