I know I know what the heck have I done? Well I took a little break from my diet over the weekend and eat somethings I was craveing and hadn't had in a longgg time. Well I did it now i'm back and got it out of my system but oh god I feel gross and sick. The only thing that mad it worth it was the fact that it made me remember how I used to feel all the time and I don't like it. Plus it didn't even taste as good to me. I didn't record what I ate becuase it was to much and i'm enbearest to say.
