Ok I had a weak moment. I gave in to pizza but it was thin crust and vegie. In truth I gained 1 of those lbs. friday I just didn't wiegh in. I'll go back tomarrow on my diet I just needed thing but trust me i'm paying for it. My tummy feels nasty. And it's only to lbs. so far I might go get some chocolat later. I know I shouldn't but some times you have to give in. I give in then I get it out of my head and i'm ok agien. i went and saw some old friends yesturday that haven't seen me in 4 years or so. They knew me from back in the days of 550lbs. They all said I look amazing and that my pic.s don't do me justice. I loved to see they're faces.
