Don't really feel like weighing in, or doing much of anything honestly. I was able to keep up with swimming this week but I can feel myself slipping back to where I was mentally when my foot got injured last year. And at least then I could bike. Podiatrist appt is Monday, do let's hope they can tell me what's wrong and it's easy to heal. The 10k I've been training for is in 2 and a half weeks and the triathlon is in 5. I'd like to at least be able to bike and walk. 😭
