Rode my bike for over five hours today went 36.5 miles! My longest effort ever I wanted to make it to 40 but I ran out of trail. I did go onto the road for a bit but I am intimidated by drivers so I cut the ride a bit short according to Fitbit I burned 1400+ calories!

Cycling and running are the best way to burn off calories when we’ve eaten too much although there is a limit. After that lifting is still great overall.
