I started this by reading everything I could get my hands on. I went to the store every week and got every diet book they had. Then I just took what they all had in common and put it together and that's my diet. My favorite book is "Fiber 35" it is so good. I high lite everything in them so if I ever need to do a quick check it's right there. It's been a big help. It's like haveing your doctor in house. I don't believe in going to them and yes I hear from everyone I should but all they always tell me is that I have to lose wieght and a duh like I didn't know that or when will they say i've lost enough? Also all they want to do is pump you up with drugs and i'm trying to be as close to a natrualist as I can. Anyway oh sorry for the spelling I know it sometimes sinks.

I TOTALLY agree with you about the Drs. I don't like them for the same exact reasons. I went to them for help and ended up being WORSE. That's one of the resons I want to be a nurse. I want to actually HELP people. You are such an inspiration! You are doing an incredible job and should be so proud of yourself. I'm doing my eating plan based off of stuff I have read as well...and it's working way better then any DR did. =)

My biggest bmi used to be 86% and the last one was 48% but that was 2 monthes ago.I was going to curves but had to put my membership on hold for the summer because of the money my income in the summer is almost nill until the northerns come back in oct. But I still walk almost every day. I wish they had a cal. count for sex.lol
