What a wonderful week of just being bad! Ate what I wanted, no exercise (well more like nursing sore quads all week) and just getting that well deserved rest.

Participated in the Jumpcity 10km Challenge this weekend. The same challenge where a year ago I could not climb over or pull myself over not even one obstacle. This year, not only did I pull myself over things, I managed to pull some really fancy moves with my bodyweight #SuperProud.

So I'm back. Quads are getting better thanks to foam rolling, and slowly prepping myself for the new Triathlon training season starting in a week's time.

Feeling ready to drop that next 10kg so that I could have a comfortable race weight.
