Found a gem of a book called "TASTE The Infographic book of food" by Laura Rowe.

The print is VERY small, but let's see if it's readable on the app.....

I do like apples. About a year or so ago I discovered the Cosmic apple. I must have a crisp, sweet and somewhat tart apple and they really do fit the bill for me.

🌞Nana> I've seen those Cosmic apples at the store, but I'm the opposite (cuz of ill-fitting dentures!) I prefer the golden delicious or gala. Easier to chew!😂

I'm a fan of Gala apples. They stay crispy longer and tend to be the right size for my appitite.
