Been on vacation for 5 days and haven't been on the scale all week hoping with a little cheating things will be ok. Had a few drinks but I have eaten pretty well, only cheated with half a donut and the rest of the time stuck to the diet. But on the positive I have been playing on the beach everyday! Plus the house we are staying in has lots of stairs and my calfs hurt!
Still having some constipation and I haven't been taking my iron since I have been here so I am not sure what that is about. Haven't eaten as much veggies since here either.
Heading home tonight hopefully the scale won't be to bad on Sunday.
