Glad I have my 2 weeks plateau breakthrough. Extremely controlled of my calories everyday, almost 100min exercise including weight and cardio daily with 1000 Cal consumption on top. The first month has come to the end with 6 kg reduced, overachieved my first month target as a part of ultimate goal to reduce 16 kg in 3 month. 10 kg to go in next 2 month before going to beaches in Portugal and Spain.
