OK I have been stuck at 205 for weeks and I have been sticking to the diet if anything not eating enough. Does Atkins stop working?? I have alot of weight left to lose and wanted to be 15 lbs lighter for an event in 2 weeks and this isn't working even though I am doing the same thing as I have been for months

Should I switch diet plans?

Fifteen pounds in 2 weeks is a pretty lofty goal, especially if you have been dieting for a while. Also, just because the scale isn't moving doesn't mean that the diet isn't working. I had a friend go down 4 sizes over a couple of months and didn't see the scale move. It just means you are losing fat. Are you tracking your food intake? Are you eating more than you are burning? Are you drinking water? Are you watching your sodium intake? Are you being active? Sometimes you have to switch up foods and caloric intake to get the scale going again.
