Ha, Audrey I can appreciate the not liking mushrooms, but if they are dry fried first and then caramelised in a bit of butter it can go a long way to converting people who are used you slimy ones!

Oh I appreciate the try but it's not the consistency. I just don't like most mushrooms. I to eat them occasionally.
