I was just working on my spreadsheet for weight loss and realized to hit my goal weight by my birthday I need to lose an average of 4.5 lbs per week. (December) Not very realistic, possible but not probable. I can still try but it may be more realistic to reset my goal date. An average of 2.25 lbs per week weight loss would be one year from today for my goal weight. Loss of 3 lbs per week would bring me to the middle of March next year. March is a lot more possible but I can still try for my birthday. Especially since I will be training for my first 10k over the summer. I also have a 5k in November and another in December. I completed my first 5k at this weight but it was very hard. That was my goal for my birthday last year. I want to run a 10k by my birthday this year.
