I don't know what's going on. I've been good with my eating for the most part and thou I haven't gone to work for 3 days, I've still been about 85% as active.
The only thing I see is I haven't hit my fiber goal (30g+ per day) in a while. Sunday I hit the treadmill for an hour, running part time, for 3 miles.
I just don't know.......
