Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 26 May 15

This is a HUGE meal that I made on my fast day. My bowls were too small so I just mixed it all up in a big ceramic casserole :) You can reduce the calories by using a Medium sized chicken breast or use boiled eggs instead of chicken. Its yummy and it really fills me up so that's awesome!
458 Calorie Lunch :
1 x Steamed Large Chicken Breast
1 x 10cm Cucumber
1 x Medium Tomato
2 x Medium Lettuce Leaves
1 cup of Microwaved Green Beans(From Fresh)
2 Tbs Crosse & Blackwell Trim Original
1 Dash of Black Pepper
500ml Coke Zero

I'm loving the challenge of designing a meal to be low in calories but high in quantity :) Its so easy! I wish I did all of this 10 years ago!
