OK I need a couple big weeks of weight loss. I have had several weeks of 1 pound weight losses. I have a party in a month and would love to be closer to 185. What are ideas to kick start more weight loss while following the Atkins diet.

Is it bad to drink diet soda?? Love to hear ideas for Atkins meals I am in a bit of a funk.
