OK so I am doing a new diet I could on TickTock Really hoping to thin down things and calfs and arms so know I need to add working with weights

Diet is

14 hours fasting

100 oz. water but I drink coffee

Probiotics with digestive enzymes in AM

100 gm of protein

Magnesium Glycinate at night

I was at 152 and lost 2.2 lbs but probably just writing down my food again still need to add in more weights and balance exercise

I want to get to 140 but really about toning below my waist!
67.9 kg Lost so far: 43.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
