Whew! Huge supper tonight after packing on 2 good meals during the day and still kept my calorie intake to 18% under my RDI and tomorrow is fast day :) Really enjoying the flexibility I have and I'm purposely varying total calorie intake on non-fast days. Now that I'm aware of Calories I feel that the meals adding up to 1800 Calories is more than suffiecient and keeps me full. Exceeding 1800 Calories like tonight is making me feel as if I've overeaten or maybe it's the 3 tablespoons of wheat bran that I added to my oats to increase my fibre!
