Caffeine - the pick-you-up-make-your-brain-jump-too-many-different-directions-and-therefore,-get-minimal-work-done-vs-non-caffeine-allows-your-brain-to-function-normally-and-get-alot-of-stuff-done.

Slap my hand. Should have had no caffeine. Twenty minutes left of the work day and I have virtually nothing to show for it. :(
