Storm Girl - very true! I grew up on a farm and my mom cooked this way all the time but of course she added potatoes which I do too depending where my hubby and I are for macro's.

Morticia- Thanks my hubby and I ate the whole thing minus the fat of course. I leave the fat on for flavoring though because I only add salt and pepper. Our beef here in the midwest is corn fed so it is very tender and tasty. Nothing against grass fed but it is just different.
