13 days without exercise and not eating healthy drank alcohol most of all days then 4 days eating healthy and workout mode.

This prove that 13 days is to much. It was a great time (vacation). But is summer so I'm enjoying my Happy Hours Fridays weekends and behave Sunday-Thursday will see next week whats the damage/improvement.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
