Working on roping myself back in. Just want to eat today. Not hungry. Had a filling breakfast. Going to continue to drink my water -- started on 48 fl oz, and have about 25fl oz to go. Also going to get some dandy blend with italian sweet creamer. It's a treat, but....may find a little something to snack on. Always fun when you have nothing at the house that you crave. I'm craving granola or like the Nature Valley bars, which we are officially out of. Will not go crazy.
Still haven't weighed. Big chicken when I've strayed from the path.
