I got right down to 118.3 from 119.9 this week, but because it was mid week, I didn't record it. now I'm back to 120. I'm gathering I'm just holding onto food and water. should I record my weightloss so I have something to chase, or wait till my official weigh in Monday morning? what would you do?

I weigh in every morning but only record my losses on here now... sometimes that makes for a BIG gap on my weight profile... but it helps me mentally to see the row of little blue downward arrows without all the red ones inbetween LoL ...

I have a particular day to record every week. I do weigh in whenever possible just to check how I am tracking... mostly I know based on what I eat, drink, exercise, play and sleep. There are no real surprises as such 😂😂

I weigh in every other day taking the rise and falls as the actual journey I’m on. There is no shame in having a red arrow day. In fact it allows one to work harder to ensure you don’t see two red arrows in concession.

I went up but now am back down to . It is a challenge to not eat big portions when you eat out.

I weigh every morning as part of my routine and I think it will give a better average at the end of the week but certainly total calories vs energy expenditure influences reading
