H&M Move Walk this way- shoulders were challenged on the first segment. I couldn't hold them up for the entire part yet. Wasn't sure what kind of workout I needed today. Walking. That would do it! Kenta's Totally Floored- I ❤️❤️❤️ this stretch workout! Exactly what I needed--a new favorite! Feel terrific!

Yesterday—I had a plan that somewhere along the way got balled up and tossed aside. I ate too much and felt as a full tick must. It was awful 😣. Glad today is a fresh start!

Sinus cold still here. Ready for it to be movin on! Pollen is already here, so it will be a while! But the flowers sure are pretty!
