1st day of officially counting calories and using FatSecret.co.za to achieve fat loss :) at first I thought it's going to be hard to get only 2000 Calories a day but I'm actually finding it really easy to do this and I managed under 1500 Calories without feeling hungry. I'm following the Intermittent Fasting protocol so I stop eating food at 8pm and only have my 1st meal after midday the next day. My mind is so focused that I pushed my fast for an extra 3 hours :) This is going to be an awesome transformation!!!
